L M Window & Door Inc. is unique in that over 80% of our sales are referrals
from past satisfied customers or the BBB. We do business differently than most window companies. We want to educate our customers so they can make a decision they are happy with. This is why we created our own "Homeowner Window & Door Booklet". Also known as our "Advocate Book" This gives our customers a great deal of information, window comparisons, websites, & a glossary of terms at their finger tips. They don't need to go looking for the information, we give it to them. We want their window buying experience to be a positive one. We have a Referral Plan also. If a customer refers us and we sell the job, we send the customer a gift card to say "Thanks for the referral". We also want to know how we did on your home. We send out surveys to each customer after we have completed their home. With the customer's input, we learn where we are doing a good job and where we may need improvement. We also ask our customers if they have time to rate us on Kudzu.com so other customers can go to a unbiased website & see how we perform. |
