Why ALM?

Email from Ruth Carmichael:

Note: When I started my research I didn't look for any problems, just wanted to see how two different companies installed windows. Shown below are pictures taken by me to show what I found out.

Examples: two different neighbors' homes

Unfortunately they DIDN'T USE ALM

Neighbor 1: Pay about the same price for windows and installation….

Notice the caulking around the windows

Neighbor 2 The total rip off… (Different company)

Not only did they pay more but the installers were rude and the kitchen door was an XO not OX!!

Notice the Aluminum Fame showing, plus NO caulking

Now how about ALM?

ALM installation: a work of a craftsman!!!!

Nice and Clean, caulking looks like part of the window

Okay now how about your team members…

Ross Murray:
Easy to commutate with, correct bid, no pressure, totally knowledgeable and professional, answers all questions with no problem, kept it touch and follow through with the job. I saw five different companies and received five different bids; he was the only one NOT to waste my time.

George Lightsey and Dave Hanson (the installers I think not) they are true craftsmen:
Again totally knowledgeable and professional, answers all questions (I learn a lot from them). Great craftsmanship, pride in their work, to bad there isn't more people like them in the world.

ALM as a whole: I can't say anything bad, but if I had to, it would be that there wasn't any chocolate in the gift bag, okay; I did say something negative about ALM. Other than that, I can't find any reason why anyone in their right mind wouldn't call ALM first. ALM has met all my expectation and more and if anyone ever asks me about windows I will just show them the proof in the pictures and fair bid.

Again, you may ask…. Why ALM Windows and Door, Inc.?
Awarded Building Industry Association's "Subcontractor of the Year" 2001
Clean record with the San Diego Better Business Bureau (there are many out there who don't have a clean record).
Also I like the fact they are active members of San Diego Building Industry Association, San Diego Better Business Bureau, California League of Homeowners, also a company with a heart, Support's Local Charities!!!

I always do my research (homework) on any contractor I used, in my professional life I have worked with building plans (doing electrical plans) so, I do know more than the average person.

Again, the above pictures tells the story and the great team of people at ALM ;-)

Thank You ALM (and a big thanks Ross, George and Dave)
